I completed medical school at the University of Virginia in 2003, completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Rochester in 2006, and Endocrinology Fellowship at the University of Maryland in 2009. I practiced endocrinology in the community in Columbia, Maryland from 2009-2015. I joined the EVMS faculty in 2016 and will be departing after the end of April 2020 to move out of the area. I practice clinically in the EVMS Strelitz Diabetes Center and on the Endocrinology Consultation service. I serve academically as the Associate Program Director of the EVMS Endocrinology Fellowship, as the Endocrinology Clerkship and Elective Director, and as a small group facilitator for the Clinical Skills courses.
